Congratulations to our March Member of the Month, Arnold Arabit!
He started at TFE doing personal training as a non-member and then joined as a member to continue his fitness journey.
His enjoys strength training workouts, specifically exercises that promote weight loss and increase lean muscle. He also does some weightlifting, adding weights into his workouts made a significant difference in his overall body composition.
To Arnold fitness means a healthy body, physically and mentally. Physically fit to do our day-to-day routine and mentally stable to deal with daily stress.
He never thought he would enjoy going back to the gym after not being a member for about a decade. After seeing a change in his energy levels and seeing the results in his body, the gym is now part of his regular routine. He believes that you feel better about your appearance and yourself when you exercise regularly.
Arnold’s fitness journey started mid 2022. His long term fitness goals are to bring those lost muscles back, not only to strengthen his body but also stimulate bone growth, improve posture and reduce pain in the lower back. He wants to increase his chances of living a longer healthier life. 🙂
