Congratulations to our August Member of the Month, Prabhjot!
Prabhjot is committed to her health and wellness with consistency in her attendance at TFE! Her favorite is Yoga, and she attends two classes a week. You will find her every week in the Mind/Body studio focusing on her yoga practice in the late afternoons and evenings. Her fitness journey is a daily testament to her wellness goals and she recently transformed her health with a 20lb weight loss.
