Relax after your workout at Evolve Salon & Spa, conveniently located inside The Fitness Equation. Evolve is a place for relaxation, rejuvenation, and transformation, offering hair and skincare services, makeup application, massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures. Our female fitness center members also have the convenience of a direct entrance into the ladies dressing room. Our luxury services at Evolve Salon & Spa are available for both members and non-members.

Court Sports


Our NBA-sized basketball court is available to all members. Shoot around, compete, or stop in for a nice warm up with a full court game. Take advantage of 1-on-1 basketball with a friend — it’s a great place for friendly competition! Basketball is an excellent way to burn calories and has many added benefits. The game requires agility training, sprinting, and explosive HIIT all in one. TFE is a community and we encourage our members to get to know one another on the court.


SPIKE your routine! With two regulation sized volleyball courts, members have the option to work on hand-eye coordination while enjoying a friendly game.

Action sports

Rock Climbing

The adventure of outdoor climbing with indoor comfort! Rock climbing is a fun strength and endurance exercise for the upper and lower body. Start small with just a few hand holds or go big and ROCK out across this crags-crazy canvas. Our indoor climbing wall features auto-belay and is available during our facility hours.

Ninja Warrior

We know you are a fan of the TV show… who isn’t?! Our South Riding Ninja Warrior course is suitable for all ages — adults and children!!


Now you can develop the core strength, flexibility, and acrobatics to navigate through the challenging obstacle courses right here at TFE. Our course combines strength, free movement, and coordination to build athleticism while engaging in an enjoyable, coordinated exercise! Prepare to COMPETE!

Functional Training

Functional training promotes increases in muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance simultaneously. Circuit training comprises of weighted and body weight exercises that allow for an effective and efficient workout. TFE offers a variety of top-of-the-line functional equipment for use including water rowers, self-powered treadmills, and our Synergy 360 cage system that allows for endless combinations of exercises. We also stock this turf-covered area with accessory equipment including tube bands, stability pieces, weighted exercise balls, and boxing gloves to use with our punching bags. Athletes of all ability levels and age groups will have the ability to challenge themselves with our plyometric box set and weighted sled while utilizing a medley of kettlebells, dumbbells, and barbells for weighted exercises of all kinds. Whether you are looking to take your athletic ability to the next level or just shed a few extra pounds of fat, the functional training room is an area open to all of our members.

Our ever-growing cardio and strength collection provides endless options for our members to pursue their fitness goals. Whether you are looking to build muscle, burn fat, or anything in between, we have all the tools you will need! We are proud to offer top-tier equipment from reliable brands including Matrix, LifeFitness, Precor, Hammer Strength, Cybex, FreeMotion, and more. Challenge your muscular strength and endurance with an array of free weights, pin/plate-loaded machines, and dumbbells from 5 to 150 lbs. Burn major calories on our standard treadmills, ellipticals, and stair mills, or get out of your comfort zone with some of our specialty cardio equipment including lateral trainers, curved treadmills, and incline trainers reaching 30 degrees for a powerful climb.
