Congratulations to Faatima Khan of TFE South Riding for being chosen as our July Member Of The Month!
Faatima has been with TFE SR since we opened. She is a regular in all group exercise studios and always tries new formats from Les Mills, The Burn Zone, HIIT and more! Faatima is always finding new ways to commit to her healthy lifestyle. She has set weight loss and strength goals and always reaches them! She stays true to her fitness routine while working full time and being a single mother of two. She is a positive influence in classes and regularly gets other members to try new formats with her.
Before joining TFE, Faatima did not workout. She was recently divorced and gained weight. She wasn’t happy with herself and was looking for a change.
Faatima found our group classes to be very welcoming and motivating! She started seeing changes in her body and overall mental health. Now fitness has become a lifestyle for her and she can still eat the foods she loves all in moderation.
Since joining TFE South Riding, Faatima has lost over 30 pounds! She said her biggest fitness tips to newbies like herself would be to find a friend to go with you, set goals and don’t give up!
