Small Group Training Demos at South Riding

Members are invited to demo a complimentary small group training session. These small group sessions are themed to maximize your time for a balanced total body workout while still focusing toward specific goals.

  • Small Group Training Demo sessions will be 55 minutes in length.

  • Tuesday, March 21 @ 6:30 am with Coach Hannah Withers

  • Thursday, March 23 @ 12 pm with Coach Hunter Allen

  • Friday, March 24 @ 6:30 am with Coach Mike Vorgang
